Wuerzburg-Digital ( only sells its own or third-party software if it has undergone its own conscientious testing. Nevertheless, given the state of the art, errors cannot be ruled out. Wuerzburg-Digital ( undertakes to eliminate program errors in its own software (no repeat orders or subsequent installation in the program or misinterpretation by the customer) within an agreed period of time after written notification of the defect. There is no exchange for proprietary software written by the client on request or for opened third-party software (broken seal). The customer has no further claims. All claims of the customer expire after 3 months from the date of delivery of the delivery item. We assume no liability for third-party software.

The customer is responsible for backing up all data before installing the software. In the event of data loss due to the installation or uploading of software, we assume no liability as a matter of principle.

All goods remain our property until full payment

Wuerzburg-Digital ( retains ownership of the delivered goods and services until full payment of all claims that have arisen or will arise from the business relationship with the buyer, regardless of their type and legal basis.

Severability Clause

● The Distance Selling Act stipulates that all orders made by catalogue, telephone, fax or online can be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If the seller fails to point this out, this right is extended to a full four months.

Purchase, order, refusal, non-collection or cancellation of purchase

● We only deliver against cash on delivery, prepayment or PayPal.
