Schwanberg Relay- and Communications Station

Schwanberg Relay Station (SBG) - Co A/102nd Signal Bn (USAREUR)

Schwanberg Communications Station - 11th AD Signal Bn (LFV)

On the Schwanberg there is a directional radio system built by the Americans, which is now used for civilian purposes. One of the towers, which stands a little to the side, is used to broadcast the program from Radio Charivari Würzburg on 88.5 MHz with 50 W. A little further away is the Rödelseeturm, a radio tower made of precast concrete.
